- Unzip the center channel — that’s where your head rests.
- To go softer / lower: scoop some fill out into the empty work bag.
- To go firmer / taller: pack in more fill from the included extra bag.
- Re-zip, lie down, and test. Adjust a handful at a time. Tip: kitchen tongs make it easy to reach deep into the channel.
