Return And Refund Policy

We want you to love your pillow. If you don’t, you may return it within 101 days of receiving your order. Please note:

• Free Return Shipping (Days 1–30): We provide a prepaid return shipping label if you request a return within the first 30 days.
  
  

• Customer-Paid Return Shipping (Days 31–101): After 30 days, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  
  

• Restocking Fee: A $25  restocking fee applies to all pillow returns. Because pillows are personal use items, we cannot resell or reuse returned products for hygiene reasons — they must be destroyed. This fee helps cover that loss.
  
  

• Condition: Items must include your order number and be sent back in a sealed bag or box.
  
  

• International Customers: Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.
  
  

Refunds are issued (less restocking fee and applicable shipping costs) to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
