This is one super soft and comfortable pillow, I love the design. this pillow is great for everyone but even more so for those who's arms get numb from the way they sleep. I never have this problem anymore all thanks to the Wife Pillow!
I have tried many pillows, latex, memory foam, buckwheat, silk, wool, contoured and none of them met the grade. The wife pillow finally stacks up to its claims and is an A+ for me. Definitely a side sleepers best friend, a great sleep and no shoulder pain. I recommend.

The Wife Pillow 2.0 is built around those points: arm tunnels, a zippered center channel and four fills.

Yes. Set a lower loft than a side sleeper would: take fill out until your head is close to level with your shoulders rather than propped above them. If you move between your stomach and your side in one night, set the height for whichever one you spend most of the night in.
It ships compressed and reaches full height in 48 to 72 hours, so give it about three nights before you set the height. A new foam fill can carry a light new-pillow smell out of the bag; take the cover off and let it air somewhere with moving air for a day or two. The arm tunnels serve one bottom arm at a time. If both arms go under your pillow every night, this shape will fight you.
The tunnels are the reason to own it. Rolling onto your back works at a middle loft, but a pure back sleeper gets little from the tunnel.
It is 20 by 28.25 inches, sized for your head, shoulder and arm together. On a narrow bed or a petite frame, it will feel big.
It ships compressed, reaches full height in 48 to 72 hours, and you should plan to fine-tune the fill in the first week. Judge it on night one and it will lose.
