How to adjust your pillow

Most pillows that feel "wrong" out of the box are not faulty โ€” they are just filled for someone else. Yours is adjustable. This takes about five minutes and it is the difference between a pillow you tolerate and one you actually love.

1. Find the zip

The centre chamber has a hidden zip along the inside seam. Fold the arm back and run your fingers along the middle panel โ€” it is deliberately tucked away so it does not show in use.

2. Too firm, or sitting too high?

Take fill out. Start with about two handfuls, then sit against it the way you actually use it โ€” in bed, at your normal angle. Firmness changes more than people expect from a small amount. Keep whatever you remove in a bag; you may want some of it back once the pillow settles.

3. Too flat, or collapsing under you?

Add fill. If you do not have spare, email us and we will send you a bag free, shipping included. We would far rather post you a few dollars of fill than have you settle for a pillow that does not hold you up.

4. Give it a night before you judge it

New fill compresses over the first few days. Adjust, sleep on it, then adjust again. Two small changes beat one big one.
