Return And Refund Policy for Microbead pillows and Exercise tools
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with your microbeads and exercise tools, you may return them within 30 days of delivery. During this period, you may request a free return label. Please note that you must return the item before the 30th day to receive a 100% refund of the product price.
To be eligible for the return, items must be in good condition and accessories should be included. For international customers, we do not refund shipping charges or taxes. Customers outside the United States must return the item at their own shipping cost to receive a full refund of the product price.
To initiate the return process, you may contact our customer support team at cs@husbandpillow.com via SMS at (313) 307-4720 or by phone at (313) 540 - 5520 and provide your proof of purchase, such as your order number. We will then send you your return instructions and a prepaid return label. Kindly note that the package should be shipped back to us within 30 days from the delivery date.
Credits and Refunds
As soon as we received your update that the item had been delivered back to us. Your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method used when you initially placed your order with us. Often, we also issue refunds as soon as we see that the return shipment has movements. You only need to notify us.
Damages and issues
We aim to fix all issues! It could be the zipper, shell, or cover that is broken in the first 30 days or when the item arrives. Make sure to inspect your order upon receipt and report any defects, damages, or incorrect items so we can evaluate and correct the issue promptly.
If there are any damages or incorrect or missing items, please contact us immediately for a resolution free of charge!

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can simply make a separate purchase for the new item.
