Credits and Refunds
As soon as we received your update that the item had been delivered back to us. Your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method used when you initially placed your order with us. Often, we also issue refunds as soon as we see that the return shipment has movements. You only need to notify us.
Damages and issues
We aim to fix all issues! It could be the zipper, shell, or cover that is broken in the first 30 days or when the item arrives. Make sure to inspect your order upon receipt and report any defects, damages, or incorrect items so we can evaluate and correct the issue promptly.
