All Pillow, Homegood, and accessories qualify for free return shipping within the Continental U.S. We wlll just email you an attach pre-paid shipping label(s) and drop the product(s) off at any Fedex/ UPS or USPS location.
All products returned in any condition and within the 100 Days are eligible for a 100% refund. Basically, send an item back and you will get back every penny you spent.
We don’t believe in re-stocking fees on our products as long as they’re water damaged, If we made it, and you didn’t like it, you won’t be penalized for sending it back.
